जब मैंने अपना startup शुरू किया था, तब मुझे लगा था कि domain और hosting लेना ही सबसे बड़ा step है। Website live हो जाएगी, काम शुरू हो जाएगा और सब smoothly चलेगा।
लेकिन धीरे-धीरे समझ आया कि digital दुनिया में सबसे मुश्किल चीज website बनाना नहीं… बल्कि उसे stable और secure रखना है।
कई बार startup founders technology पर भरोसा कर लेते हैं, लेकिन infrastructure को गहराई से समझते नहीं।
- DNS क्या है?
- Backend mapping कैसे काम करती है?
- Server routing क्यों जरूरी है?
- Access issue आने पर क्या करना चाहिए?
ये सब बातें तब समझ आती हैं जब खुद problems सामने आती हैं।
हमने भी लंबे समय तक:
- Access Issues
- DNS Confusion
- Backend Visibility Problems
- Operational Instability
जैसी चीजें देखीं।
उस समय सबसे बड़ा सवाल technical नहीं था।
“क्या हमारा digital system वास्तव में हमारे control में है?”
इस पूरे अनुभव ने मुझे तीन बातें सिखाईं
1️⃣ Screenshots और Records हमेशा संभालकर रखो
Digital दुनिया में memory नहीं, evidence काम आता है।
Support chats, emails, logs और DNS records — सब important होते हैं।
2️⃣ Blind Trust मत करो
कोई भी platform perfect नहीं होता।
Verification जरूरी है:
- DNS check करो
- Backups रखो
- Monitoring करो
- Infrastructure को समझो
3️⃣ Digital Trust सबसे बड़ी asset है
Startup में लोग सिर्फ product नहीं खरीदते… वे trust खरीदते हैं।
अगर website unstable हो, access problems आएं, या transparency clear न हो, तो उसका असर सीधे users और reputation पर पड़ता है।
आज मुझे लगता है:
“Strong startup वही है जिसका infrastructure strong हो.”
Branding बाद में आती है। Stability पहले आती है।
अब हमारा focus सिर्फ technology बनाना नहीं, बल्कि:
- Better Monitoring
- Stronger Backups
- Transparency
- Digital Accountability
पर भी है।
यह blog किसी controversy के लिए नहीं लिखा गया। यह उन startup founders के लिए है जो अपनी digital journey शुरू कर रहे हैं।
क्योंकि आज के समय में:
“Digital Trust Starts Here.”
