यह मामला इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय (MeitY) grievance reference MINITE/2026/0003264 तथा MSME UDYAM Registration Number UDYAM-MH-18-0534803 के अंतर्गत संदर्भित किया गया है।
रिपोर्ट के अनुसार अप्रैल–मई 2026 के दौरान deployment-related disruptions और repeated “403 Forbidden” access failures के बीच customer-facing dashboard metrics कई समय तक सामान्य या न्यूनतम utilization indicators प्रदर्शित करते रहे।
