भारतीय AI automation startup Ritwik AI ने ongoing cloud infrastructure transparency review के दौरान एक नया technical clarification रिकॉर्ड किया है। Respondent platform के AI-assisted support system ने स्पष्ट किया कि “Member Since 2023” सामान्यतः केवल account-level metadata को दर्शाता है, न कि disputed deployment environment की वास्तविक operational timeline को।
AI interface ने यह भी कहा कि customer-facing view से merged/migrated internal identifiers की पुष्टि नहीं की जा सकती। साथ ही subscription/order dates और activity logs को अधिक reliable operational references बताया गया।
