Hostinger support officially acknowledged backend inconsistencies and stated that a full technical Root Cause Analysis (RCA) review of the entire 25-day disruption period was under investigation.
However, despite the stated “48-hour” commitment, no complete technical RCA report, audit clarification, or backend accountability response has been provided so far.
